Located in the historic center (i.e. within the city walls), spacious rooms, fairly quiet, great service, superb German restaurant downstairs, plenty of great italian restaurants around, plus shops and tourist attractions, near to hiking paths in the nearby hills (not fot the faint of hewart though), walking distance from congress center, can rent bikes nearby, etc. Will go back whenever we're in the Trentino area.

This is one of the best "hotels" in the area. It is situated near the town center, and attached to the Restaurant Kupiziner, which is owned by a brother and sister from the area. It is newly restored in the past 2 years and features spacious bathrooms and many nice fixtures. It is quality workmanship. The staff is overwhelmingly gracious and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We had it for about 80 euro during low season, which is a BARGAIN for this area. If we return to Riva, we will stay here again. You can walk everywhere, good restaurants nearby, and free parking in 2 blocks. Check out the restaurant. It is German style with great authentic beers and superb atmosphere. Again, the owners and staff are wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel with a few friends. This is an excellent value for money hotel, the rooms are large, simple in style and clean. What makes this hotel stand out is the brother and sister who run it, they are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We have stayed in other hotels in Riva and this hotel is the best value for money by far.

The hotel is well located in the historical center of Riva del Garda, close to the lake. Every room is named after a town in Germany; we stayed in Nürnberg. The room was of reasonable size, nice and clean, with a huge bathroom. The buffet breakfast was completely self-service but very good. They've got a funny very slowly-crawling elevator with no cabin walls.
