Simple no frills accomdation, very clean,great brekfast,great owner, great location. The owner was very helpful, recommended great restaurants, held onto our bags for us, lent us some extras we had forgotten to bring from home. All in all if your looking for basic but clean accomodation at a great price,

The bed was very comfortable, the shower good and strong, very clean. Breakfast was continental and spot-on. We heard about the good coffee and we weren't disappointed. You can come and go as you please and it's barely ten minutes away from the lakeside. I've already recommended it highly and intend to return there again. No complaints whatsoever.

I stayed in Villa Maria on the recommendation of others and was quite happy. Its a small hotel, with air conditioning in our room on a quiet street. The hotel is only a short walk from the center of Riva Del Garda and I would recommend it.

I was a bit worried because it seemed out of center.Then I realized I was so lucky.Hotel location is 8 minutes walk from the lake..It is situated in a quiet and sweet area.Not crowded with tourists..The people running the hotel (a young family) were so nice.Made me feel at home.The room was comfortable, clean,air conditioning was perfect..
Sometimes you just have to thank your good luck.
