The bedroom was adequate with an en-suite bathroom. I did find the mattress hard as stone and the pillows (one for each side) this as cardboard. The owner, however, was kind enough to supply two extra pillows on our request.
Parking, although free, is tight if more then 8 cars. The terrace on 2nd floor is not quite as advertised. One has a spectacular view of the mountain which is illuminated at night.
Breakfast was basic and presented in a no frills manner. Cold meats, cheese and yogurts were not (as required by gastro regulations) kept on ice. The AC in the breakfast room was either broken or switched off. Without a lift, dragging heavy luggage to the second floor was quite a DRACONIAN TASK FOR SOMEONE WITH BACK PROBLEMS. On the day of departure, the staircase was soiled by one of the dogs "staying" at the hotel. An unpleasant sight and unacceptable!! Vacuum cleaner noise at 07:30 AM!
On the whole, although quite reasonable priced, I doubt whether I'd stay again.
