Staff were so helpful nothing was a problem.I'm a vegetarian and they went out of their way to make sure I had an excellent meal every day. Hotel was spotless room very comfortable and cleaned every day.Very quiet could not hear anything from next room. Perfect location lovely walk by the lake to centre of Riva. Could not find fault with any aspect of this hotel and we will definitely return next year.

Stayed for three nights.
Unfriendly welcome.
Silverfish in room.
Air conditioning was terrible and switched off every 30 minutes.
Walls sounded paper thin, could hear rooms above, below and to the sides.
Unable to prevent light coming into room in morning, crap curtains.
Uncomfortable bed.
Combination of all above made a good sleep impossible.
Very crowded breakfast, targeted at cyclists.
Had to pay for internet.
Tiny CRT TV.

Friendly hotel, good value. Rooms are modern & clean. Breakfast was great. The restaurant was good.

I thought the mirage hotel was great clean and friendly, I'm very pleased that I visited this hotel for a week with my family I even got a spare bed put in for me with me and my gran parents as it was a late booking.
