Excellent location: in the quiet side of Riccione, but very near to Viale Ceccarini. Great if you're looking for some rest. If you stay nearer to viale Ceccarini, you will be in the middle of everything but also continously disturbed by loud music.
The building is nice: modern and basic, quite different from the nearby family hotels.
The room we were given was very small, but this could be because we booked a very busy weekend and just a couple of days earlier. The bathroom was nice, but the hairdrier was very unconfortable. You probably get better conditions if you book earlier.
The breakfast is not at an italian standard: there is a cofee machine. You can ask for a "real"espresso coffee, but the lady we asked simed bothered by our request. Since breakfast is the only service they provide, I would expect something better.
The staff was overall polite, but we asked for assistence for the tap of our lavatory, they said that they would send someone, which they didn't. The lady at the breakfast seemed very tired and never smiled.
In conclusion: the hotel is rated as a 4 star, but there in no care for details. In the sorroundings you will find far better 3 star hotels. Don't stay here of youre planning a long stay.
