Someone needs to physically remove 2 of the stars from the front of this building. I cannot believe they can get away with calling this a 4-star, it could not be further from that. It is run down and in desperate need of a major cleanup. The room was large and the bed pretty comfortable but that's about all I can say about it.

We were in the back building. To get there you have to walk through a depressing corridor. (Beware: If you have to take the poorly-built ramp with your rolling suitcases, watch your head or you might get knocked out.) The corridor then crosses an ugly and completely unmaintained yard. The room was sufficient but with beaten up furniture and an unfurnished deck.

Fortunately we were only staying for one night. The hotel very far from downtown Riccione, it was a ridiculously expensive taxi ride (20eur) to get here from the train station. Better to take the bus which picks up right out front. Or better yet, stay somewhere else.

We have just returned from over 2 weeks away, five days of which were spent in this hotel, of which we hated every minute, but because of the busy season, and the motogp week, we found it very difficult to find anyplace else, so eventually ended up camping as the alternative! Originally, we were booked in for 10 days, but after 5, we had enough.

Such rude and unhelpful, unfriendly staff I have never before come across, and the hotel...4 stars on what planet! Dirty and extremely basic. I was seriously annoyed with the shabby establishment and will never recommend anyone to go within a stone's throw of this place. Horrible, horrible, horrible. What more can I say!
