We have been in this hotel for a week circa, when checking out, they told us that offerings from the web booking may differ from the reality and we got to pay for the beach accomodation, though clearly on their web site it was included in the price. Unpleasant was the way they did it, like we were trying snatching something...
They also lost some receipts and the receptions argued with our 70 years old grandma she hadn't paid, I would have paid because the embarassment, though the manager kept seaching and found our grandma was right, but forgot to apology !
This hotel pretends to be a 4 star just because the expose a nice pool outside, but they have a lot to learn in terms of customers satisfaction, for sure not a matrix in their Scorecard.
Rooms weren't what I would define a 4 start, rooms are little, the toilette showed some rust, but I would have passed over this point with well mannered people, it wasn't the case.
You may consider this hotel because the location, but if you stumb into the same, please rate, we will not go there again, granted.
