I would recommend this place to anybody willing to visit that part of Sicily. ragusa Ible itself is just enchanting and L'orto sul tetto is a lovely place close to the town centre. Paolo is a very nice person and the place is clean, very well kept and the terrace on the roof, where breakfast is served, is lovely. It is quite difficult to find your way in that area, but Paolo has been very helpful giving us directions over the phone. I would adivse to print detailed maps of the area because even the satellite navigator got lost...
Breakfast was very nice, we where there with a 9 months old baby and there was a clean, tidy and in excellent order cotbed (don't give this kind of things for granted in Sicily...). Paolo will advise few good restaurants in Ragusa Ibla.
The only downside is that there's no private car park, but it is very hard to find one in this kind of town in sicily. Paolo gave us a permit so that we parked in front of the b&b.
on the whole, an amazing experience.

Very nice B&B with a lovely roof terrace. Ragusa Ibla was a highlight of our trip. However, make sure you phone the owner before for the best driving directions. We drove here through Ragusa, and it was incredibly stressful as no sign posts, and very narrow streets. Looked much easier to approach the town from the other direction.
The town, especially in the evening was mesmerizing. Don't miss Barocco restaurant!

great location, competence and helpfull owner about itineraries,dinner.The house is cosy with many anciens objets from the family Big room,conforteble bed,bathroom small but very clean.Many steps inside.Interesting room and terrace inside where breakfast is served.Good choice of food and very good quality.

We stayed here for 1 night. The place is very difficult to find but the location is perfect. Less than five minutes leisurely walk to the Duomo. Parking is free outside the B&B, but hard to find a spot. Room feels new, nice and clean. The toilet is also nice and clean. My only complaint is the heating in our room (the one beside the main door) is not hot enough. Breakfast is basic. The staff recommended two restos to us which we tried - Quattro Canti and Locandina. Both were excellent. I hope they could provide free computer with internet in the lobby. We came from the other side of the globe and it is too heavy and too much of a hassle to be travelling with a laptop or IPAD for 21 days.
