The hotel is very well located, close to Prato city centre, University square and the Prato Porta al Serraglio Train Station
The place looks clean, and probably underwent some refurbishment in the last years.
Rooms are quite smalls (especially bathrooms), but clean, bright and cosy enough - considering that it's a quite cheap two-stars hotel. Breakfast is ok.
Also, the staff is kind and helpful.
Wifi connection is available in the lobby.
The main negative aspect is that there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, and the sound-proofing should be improved.

Ringraziamo questo nostro Ospite per il tempo dedicato ad inserire questa recensione.
Ci spiace che abbia trovato piccolo il bagno - nei palazzi antichi del centro storico, come il nostro, i bagni privati in ogni stanza sono stati aggiunti solo da qualche decennio e talvolta la loro dimensione può sembrare ridotta, ma vanno tenuti presenti i limiti archittettonici e strutturali per realizzarli. In ogni caso speriamo che il Suo soggiorno presso di noi sia stato di Suo gradimento e di poterla ospitare di nuovo al più presto. I migliori saluti.
