Although a good grade hotel it location is too far from the town, the taxi fares to the town are very expensive between 15 and 20 euros. The hotel nominated taxi was a rip off. The fare was different each time. Considering the hotel has a preferred taxi it does not make any difference to the cost. the taxi driver seemed to just charge as much as possible.
The hotel was focused on weddings and not service to the guests. the hotel swimming pool as not in use due to need to look good for the wedding partys. The resturant was setup for the wedding and not the paying guests. The breakfast selection was very poor as the only thing which seemed to be important was the wedding party. On the whole the hotel should not take booking at the same time as providing weddings. I would not recommend this hotel. I was very dissapointed with the whole experience.

I've been there 4 times and every time it become worst and worst.
Rude staff, ugly breakfast, noisy, the swimming pool is just for the pictures as if there is a wedding it's closed to the "other" and there is a wedding every day.
Nice view, paytv, free internet and parking are the good side of this hotel.
Receptionist are the only friendly people...
In any case it remains one of the best hotel in Naples comparing to the other available in that area.

Very comfortable and views to die for. However, if you have to eat and drink in the hotel, it is very expensive and has a very limited menu. The hotel is right at the top of a very steep hill and if you are, as we were ,unable to use the car temporarily, you are really trapped.The staff are very helpful in reception - there was no problem checking in at 11.30 am but the waiting staff speak poor English and have a poor attitude. I imagine because of the recession, there are too few well trained staff and they are trying to manage the hotel rather than concentrating on the customers.
That said, the pool is fabulous, although they closed it on a Sat eve because a private party were by the pool on the terrace. The air conditioning is super efficient and quiet and the wi-fi was free and they readily set up an office for my husband.

The hotel was fabulous with breathtaking views from our room and the pool area. It was clean throughout and we found the staff to be incredibly helpful at all times. It is situated up a steep hill so a car or taxis are helpful but the view compensates for this by far! We will return to stay here as soon as possible!
