Stunningly beautiful, overlooking the Mediterranean on a sunny hillside. The villa is like something out of a magazine, everything is picture perfect. Perched on a hillside in Positano, with dramatic views of the village below and the sparkling sea beyond. The villa is spacious and impeccably maintained, the staff friendly and very accomodating, the food excellent. Everything you want is available. The rooms are large and airy, some with private balconies overlooking the sea, one has a dramatic shower stall carved out of the rock hillside that you just have to see. Alice & the Oliviero family and the villa staff catered to our every whim and made us feel pampered, like family. Exapnsive patios, a large pool, hot tub, sitting room and dining area, access to the kitchen, it all feels like home--a very upscale home that is. We were served a delicous breakfast every morning on the patio, and everything was excellent. It is a long walk up from the street to the villa, but worth every step in anticipation of the paradise that awaits. The staff will haul your luggage up for you so no worries there. If Tripadvisor had six stars, Villa Oliveiro would rate it easily!
