We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Reginella very much. The room had a spacious balcony from which we could admire the splendid setting of this unique coastal town. The room was equipped with modern furniture and the bathroom must have been recently renovated. The hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful as were the lovely ladies who served an excellent buffet breakfast. The owner arranged a free pick-up for dinner at a typical local restaurant outside the tourist zone which served excellent food.

We came to Positano for our honeymoon and after some major traveling glitches, we finally arrived. There was a problem with the confirmation for the hotel when we arrived (we booked through an agency) and were completely "over it" at that point but Tony, the owner, took care of everything for us. He told us not to worry and that he would help us and that he did.

For the same price we booked at he gave us a two bedroom apartment with balcony that night and then for the rest of our trip put us in an extremely charming loft apartment just down the steps with kitchen and balcony. He and his son were kind enough to help us with our luggage to the new place. We had the best time in Positano with my chef husband cooking me Italian meals with fresh ingredients from the local store just down the street. The location is prime, easy to access but high enough to give you the most beautiful view of the whole valley. Every morning we had their complimentary breakfast of a variety of fresh croissants, pastries, cereals with different fruit juices and any coffee drink you'd like - cappucinos, lattes etc..The breakfast was excellent, some of the best croissants I've had!

Hotel Reginella was the perfect place to stay. It was very clean and had gorgeous views. We truly felt like family there. If Tony tells you not to worry, take his word for it! He made sure we had the best time there. Out of the five places we visited on our extended honeymoon, Tony and Hotel Reginella gave us some of our most cherished memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Reginella. For breathtaking views over the gorgeous terraced bay, we booked the apartment (2 bedroom ). We had heard that people sometimes book water views and it's only a glimpse of water from a window....not here....at Hotel Reginella we had an entire balcony to enjoy!!! The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The bar fridge was always well stocked and inexpensive....all the more to enjoy the balcony views with!! The hotel was close to restaurants and shops, a delicatessan wasn't far away for goodies! And from the beach you could either take the steps up to the hotel or meander up the hill past boutiques and gift shops!! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were especially happy with our dinner reservations. The owner Tony would book and organise us to be picked up and whisked away on a "magical mystery tour" through Positano to a restaurant....we especially enjoyed the family run "C'era una volta" where we were treated to the most "bonissimo" local seafood dishes and a game of soccer on the telly!!! Very relaxing, tasty and inexpensive!! Then we were whisked back to our "home" in Positano. We would sit in our balcony, looking over the beautiful bay at night!! Tony would organise any tours we were interested in doing during the day. Our day trip to Capri was great. We also found Hotel Reginella's breakfasts were delicious and filling - they kept us going till our first gelato/lemon sorbet fix of the day!!!! We will most certainly be back to Positano and highly recommend Hotel Reginella as the place to stay!!!

Family operated hotel with a perfect location with unbelievable unobstructed views from the balcony. Nice welcoming atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is really convenient - the walk-up from the beach/marina is agreeable and Mr. Tony will assist with transporting your luggage if need be. Excellent restaurants are a few steps away and you can rent a scooter from Pepe's opporsite the hotel entrance.

We loved it there and felt most welcome by everyone - not a single bad thing to report. We look forward to returning next September and have already booked rooms at the Reginella.
