“Cute and comfotable.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

It was a special occasion and I wanted to make it great. I have booked a suite which it was really a great surprise. Positano is a small city and who travels in Europe knows perfectly that most or the hotels and their rooms are small, but this suite was really large. The antique furniture made my experience even more unique, I love Italian art and decor. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed having room service. The most amazing thing anyway was the incredible view of the sea, the hotel location gives a perfect view of it. The staff really made all the best for make feel us just like at home. Wish I could stay more. By the way I have chosen the hotel after I ate in their restaurant the past summer, which you should also try, the food is amazing!

“Good potencial, but the hotel could be better.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

The view is fantastic. Hotel is okay. Not crazy expensive like everything elas in Positano, but they could make it better. Breakfast is weak and service is fine. Small bedroom, but not bad.

“Beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 December 2011 via mobile

Everything about this hotel is brilliant from the staff, rooms with stunning views, gorgeous food.
Rooms and bathrooms were large clean, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. Magical mornings drinking coffee outside enjoying the views and watching the world go by. We dined in the restaurant two of our four nights and it was one of the best meals in Italy! The owner Robyn and her family made us feel very welcomed. They are all very kind, warm and helpful. Robyn even organized our return transfers from Naples at a reasonable price. Our driver patrizia was delight and a wealth of knowledge and waited for us whilst we toured Pompeii on our way to positano. Do not hesitate to stay here. It will leave an impression long after your holiday ends. Great memories till next time.

“Very friendly family owned hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 December 2011

My wife and I went to Positano for vacation and stayed at Villa Gabrisa for four nights during a low season (middle of November). When I was searching for the hotel, I was choosing mainly between Villa Franca and Villa Gabrisa. Finally I decided in favour of the second because it is a smaller family owned hotel which has only nine rooms. I am glad it was not a mistake. At arrival we were greeted by a girl, which had not only excellent English, but also Russian (very nice surprise indeed). The room number 6 - spacious with a big terrace and a breathtaking view! Breakfast was served in the room because the restaurant was closed for vacation, which was a mild disappointment. The service was impeccable and transfer to the Napoli train station at a reasonable price was a great helper. Overall, I sincerely recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Room Tip: Rooms at the second floor are bigger, third floor rooms are small.
