I stayed here with some friends for two nights during January. The hotel ticks all the boxes. Clean, roomy enough, friendly service...but none of this compares to the outstanding view. Just breathtaking and its easy to forgive anything a bit when you have this view to comfort you :) Breaky was great and they have a happy hour deal with bruschetta and wine. The bruschetta is a meal in itself. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very beautiful and the views from the rooms are breathtaking, as I assume most are in Positano. The walls were thin, the rooms were small, the bathrooms were clean and the balcony was a nice add.
The parking was down the block and once you checked it in you couldn't check it out. So make sure you bring everything you'll need for your stay. The breakfast was ok, there is no restaurant at the hotel so the recommend places you can go. Overall, pleasant stay. Positano is true paradise!

My two daughters and I stayed for a week at the Hotel Positea the first week of January and had a fabulous time!!
Room was very clean and breakfast excellent. Close to many good restaurants and a nice walk to the beach. The staff was extremely helpful - and Tony, thank you for the recommendation for the "3 Marias" to mama's cooking at La Tagliata in Montepertuso - it was one of the many highlights of our trip to Positano and a great way to spend our last day there.
The hotel is a short walk to the bus stop and has a fabulous view of the sea. This was my second stay there, and I hope not the last!

Positano is a wonderful little town and Hotel Pasitea is great value for those wanting a little of it all. It is centrally located in a town of steep cliffs and boasts amazing views. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and bright, and the walk down through the town and to beaches should not be passed up.
Be advised: the hotel is located on a one way street that goes through the town. It is not convenient to drive to and from, but the hotel does provide an option for parking in this cliff side town so you may walk to everything.
