Stayed for 1 night only while on business trip.
Hotel is modern, clean, well positioned for the centre of Pordenone and only a short walk to the railway station and next to shop, bars etc.
I stayed in a “business room” which was a decent size with a very comfortable bed, good sized work station area for lap-top and papers, complimentary tea / coffee and FREE in-room Wi-Fi access. Rate for B&B was €114 inclusive of tax.
Flat screen TV in room with a small selection of English speaking news type channels.
Breakfast was the usual Italian style buffet of coffee, pastries, etc. – if you are asking for a cappuccino or latte then ask for it EXTRA HOT as it comes on slightly-warm.
Bathroom had a great shower, was clean and was loaded with free toiletries just in case you forget anything!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
There is also a PC with free web access and use of a free printer in the small reception area should you require this service.
If you need to stay in Pordenone for work or pleasure then I would recommend this Best Western chain hotel.

Well… I don’t want to sound unfair with anybody, but I have to be straight forward with this hotel. Was a very big disappointed!!! After being three nights in Udine at the Ambassador Palace Hotel I arrived here and almost didn’t existed for the staff!!! They have a very cold attitude with new guests, but they were so friendly almost familiar with the rest of the guest… because they stay at this hotel year after year because the trade show in October… the hotel is fully booked year after year…. Upon my arrival (previously to register) I tried to get one room with a year in advance...And they have told me that no…because the hotel is reserved for the people that always come for the same trade show year after year… I’m wondering if they pay in advance?? I asked to four people where they recommend a place to eat...and none of the two shifts that I interacted knew where to go to eat or to drink… I reported my TV didn’t work…and they not even tried to come and review the problem… order a Diet Coke (Coca-Cola Light)….and DIDN’T have one… NONE…ZERO. ONLY TWO GOOD things… Location (in front of the train station) and the Shower… Fantastic!!! But is not enough to made me back… Sorry guys… but that was my first and my last time in that hotel, after this experience being sold in advance create a very bad and arrogant attitude… Hopefully someday you will change!! Hopefully would not be late!!!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights exploring Venice region. Stayed in both deluxe and standart rooms. Very clean and comfortable ! Staff at reception has very good English and were very helpful. Good substantial breakfast, free computer with Internet in the hall, free parking with enough space. one night the hotel parking was full and they gave us free tickets for a parking round the corner. Deluxe room is very nice with a sofa for a child in the second room, standart room is smaller but also OK. We unfolded the big armchair for our little daughter in it. children under 12 stay free here. We had a rented car and visited Venice, Verona and beaches in Lido-di-Jesolo staying in this wonderful hotel !

Everything the hotel had to offer was Excellent. The staff was the best. There english translating was very good. They met very need it seems there was. The meal in the morning always got us off to a great start. The area where the hotel iswas just awsome. There is a nice park just minutes away from the hotel where I could walk every day. The resturents were right out the door.
