La bandita was completely full and we couldn't extend our stay so we moved here for 1 night before heading back to Rome.
I'm sure l'olmo is perfectly beautiful and relaxing to many people but I found it somewhat stressful and uncomfortable. Our room was on the ground floor and didn't get much of a breeze. There was no air-conditioning so it was a bit hot at night. There were also quite a few bugs, including little ones that managed to get through the mosquito screens. By the pool, there was some rotund guy who kept on sucking in water and loudly spitting it back out into the pool. Which kind of put me off going into the pool. Also the umbrellas (fixed to the ground) and lounge chairs were arranged in such a way that made it hard to get shade in the afternoon.
That being said, the owners are very nice people and was very helpful with restaurant bookings etc.
Probably a great place for most ... But I definitely feel much more at home at la bandita.
