After traveling to Italy 10 times, this hotel by far was the best all around that I've stayed in. Location was smack in the center of restaurants, shopping and sites. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was 5 star quality. We had 6 courses every night, and each course was delectable! I even met the head chef "Rino". He actually took me into his immaculate kitchen to meet the crew that help prepare all his gourmet meals. Hotel staff was accomodating with directions to all the local shopping etc. Will return to this hotel, no doubt!

This was the first hotel that we stayed in on our November trip to Italy. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were large, had a door on to the patio that over looked a courtyard. It is a wonderful place to stay and have access to many more beautiful towns of Tuscany. The food was excellent, the wait staff, especially Marino, was very attentive. Would highly recommend to stay in Montecatini Terme, so much to see, so much to do. Love Tuscany.

This was the only hotel where we encountered free internet. That said, the rooms and baths were large, clean and comfortable. The rooms overlooking the courtyard will encounter some music, but not too late. It was cool, so we closed the windows and could barely hear it. The rooms in the front face a plaza with a fountain. This is a quiet area with many good restaurants, bakery, gelato and other shops within a block.
This was a great choice by Cosmos for a two night stay. Service was pleasant, breakfast was pretty much the same as elsewhere-you really get a craving for eggs after a while if you are used to having them at home.

We stayed in the Hotel Plaza earlier this year, in July. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. Our room was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately at the end of our holiday my husband was taken ill and had to spend four days in hospital. I cannot thank the staff at the hotel enough for their kindness and concern and for all the help that they gave me. This was our first visit to Tuscany and we hope very much to return to this beautiful hotel at some time in the future. Once again thank you all for your kindness.
