We were very disappointed during our recent stay at this hotel- The pictures on their web-site are very misleading- While our room was clean and quiet, the lobby and overall areas of the hotel need a major remodeling- the hotel staff at the front desk were not friendly. At breakfast in the morning, the waiter failed to place a clean paper placemat at our table, instead turning over the used ones from the previous persons that had sat at the table before us!! Certainly not what one would expect from any hotel, let alone one that is a rated a four star- This hotel should be rated two stars at best!

This hotel is incredibly misrepresented in photos. It is small, smelly, old and MAYBE a 2 star. The hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. The computer/internet never worked the entire week we were there. The breakfasts are good, but the dinner was mediocre. The things they will charge you for here with out warning you are unbelievable! Just like india you need to check you "bottled water" here. The bedrooms are all two twins pushed together.

We stayed for four days at the Hotel Manzoni in April of 2010 and we really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, the food was good and plentiful. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Our stay at Hotel Manzoni was wonderful. Delicious, food, clean rooms and excellent service. The hotel lobby atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the wellness and spa, afterwards, we felt so relaxed and stress free.
We were also pleased that the hotel is in the heart of Montecatini, walking distance to all shops and cafes. We plan to return in the summertime so we can also enjoy the pool.
