Hotel room was lovely. On the small size but I was alone. It was recently updated and the bathroom was new. The sound proof windows kept out all of the street noise. The hotel is only five floors so there are not alot of people to make noise.Very small elevator but I used the stairs the majority of time to walk off all the food I was eating. It is located in a well lit, well travelled street with many nice shops and restaurants. Montecatini is about one hour from Florence and Siena and other beautiful Tuscan towns. The restaurant on the fifth floor was fantastic. I sat drinking my blood orange juice looking at a spectular view of hilltop villas - breathtaking. The rooms were always clean.

very friendly people, very rich breakfast, dinner was very tasty. The massage was blissful, sauna and zeesout the cave did you good despite the heat outside. It was a very pleasant holiday. the Internet was poor but they have said they went to do something. Yours sincerely nice Sabina & Paul

Great location, ideal centre for visiting Florence, Pisa, Sienna etc. Spa under Funicular is worth a visit - beautiful surroundings. Would choose to go later in year, very hot and humid in July.

The hotel was very nice and had a good location in the mainstreet. There was a very nice restaurant on the fifth floor with a grat view. breakfast and dinner were excellent with different things to choice.
