Good hotel, full of curtesy, always present 20 minutes away from Venice. But not so good Heat my room was a cold i even complained to the reception desk they told me.. we will do the best we can. As long as we me and my family stayed there only the first day my room was okay then.. The Breakfast was great

Very good hotel - good spa - good breakfast - nice spacious rooms - spacious bath.

But was surprised to see the price of using WiFi - 2Euros for 15 minutes, 3 Euros for 30 minutes. The internet speed was okay - not hispeed. But felt this kind of price was a ripoff.

Station Magnialo Veneto is round the corner (3 minutes walk). But after 10 am, on weekdays train to Venice run every 30-40 minutes. Train journey itself will be 20 minutes to reach St Lucia Venice. From there to reach St Mark's square by ferry will be atleast 30 minutes.

Daily you will spend 4 Euros and about 1 hour and 15 minutes to commute to and fro Venice which is perhaps worthwhile for decent price and for the good hotel.

if coming from Mestre train Stn. take the Udine route, get off at second (?) stop, Mogliano Veneto. Only 2 min. walk, hotel on corner. Supermarket opposite for your wine and munchie supplies. Chinese Rest. 2 min. away and pizza etc. in the plaza. Small community, but close to Venice by train. Staff super and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is more than substantial.

Very small, but nice and clean room with airco, double bed, closet, desk, chair, tv + bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and footbath.
We got two towels each + handsoap, shower gel and plastic drinking glass.
Breakfast was very good + a lot of choice.
After we returned from Venice, our room was cleaned up.
Trainstation and Spar-market are at only 50m.
Train to Venice was about 20 minutes.
