We loved the stay at this hotel! Very nice rooms, perfect with late breakfast, and very nice service in the breakfast-room and in the bar. Very short distance to the beach and just 10 min walk to the center of the town.

If you love pets, never go to this hotel.
If you look for a warm hospitality and a kind welcome, never go to this hotel.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel.
We booked and paid completely for the New Eve night: before leaving home, we phoned the hotel asking if they could host also our cat, and the director himself said yes.
We arrived, checked in, unpacked our luggage, prepared the angle for the cat and we were starting to relax, ready for our booked massage.
Well, suddenly the director, the same person who told us we could bring the cat, phoned us in the room telling us that cats are not allowed in the hotel and we had to move in another adjacent hotel.
We told him we were tired, the cat was tired, and we didn't want to move. He insisted, he showed us the other hotel room (more expensive indeed, but not as nice and anyway we didn't care), but we kept saying no. We explained him he was ruining our 2 days: we were discussing with him instead of having a massage.
Believe it or not, he told us we had to go, so we had no other choice than asking our money back and hit the road again.
We had to travel 4 hours with the cat in the car, and at 5pm of December 31st we had no place where to go.
They didn't offer us to reimburse the highway toll, we had to insist to have the money of the gasoline back (given as tip to the porter boy), and we had no reimbursement for the time we lost, the fact that our New Eve ruined and we were on the street with a poor and tired cat.
I'm going to sue this hotel, so if you want to avoid having this kind of horrible experiences, please avoid any hotel of premierhotels in Milano Marittima: they all have the same insane director.

Three of us stayed at this hotel early June for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect. The service was excellent and this is very hard to find in Italy. Many people have bad experiences with customer service in Italy. The breakfast was awesome as well as the rooms. It is a little pricey, but worth the money! The rooms are very beautiful and the bathroom has everything imaginable...loved it!
