“Beware. Thieves in the staff!”
We had a 1 week stay in this hotel in the beginning of October, 2011. When we were leaving - we got stealed 2500 euros from our room, when we were at last breakfast at morning. They use this scheme: you have breakfast, they serve you so nice (as never before), bring you everything, are so polite e.t.c. Barman stands near the doors of breakfast room and monitors you sitting inside and eating. I think he has smth like a phone in his pocket, and if you are going to leave - he warns his partner. This should be chambermaid who was cleaning our room. We notice that when she was bypassed him - he just left hist post at the doors.
What surprised us a lot, is that noone at the reception was even wanting to help us. They simply told us smth like ----off, we don't have any cameras"
What a mess for a five star hotel not to have a simple cameras???
Hotel manager does not answer on any mails.
We are very disappointed with this terrible situation.
We will not ever visit this hotels, and would not advice anyone!
Room Tip: keep your money with you, if you ever visit it!

Dear Madam
I had to repeatedly read you words in order to find out if you really intended to write what you actually did write, and indeed I am speechless – not least, because it should be reported to the police. But we all know: if there are 2 continents in between, we are likely to feel save and anonymity possibly makes us say things that feel good the moment we write them down; however, we later regret having said them.
I max briefly remind you of the facts:
You and your husband stayed with us for a week. You spent a vacation that was paid in advance via an agency we have long been cooperating with.
You had your daily breakfast. The standard generally is what the buffet provides. The only extras consumed by you were the liquors you had at the bar in the evenings, where you accompanied our barkeeper for 2/3 of the night, and your husband’s tea.
The night before your departure, around 10.00 p.m., you requested to pay the extras, which amounted to a total of about EUR 176.00, as stated on the invoice handed over to you and its copy for our records. You paid by two 100-Euro bills and received a change of EUR 25.00.
The next morning, after breakfast and while your husband was busy with watching your baggage being packed into the car, you asked the front office manager to be see the video recordings because the chamber maids had allegedly stolen you EUR 250.00, while you were having breakfast. You were told that we do not deploy any indoor cameras but only have cameras to take recordings of the outdoor areas. Furthermore, we informed on the fact that a similar incident had never happened before. You were asked to please check once again if you had possibly added the amount in question to any other cash. You replied that were absolutely sure to have had only this cash, since you were just to depart and exchanging more cash would not make any sense. Furthermore, you claimed to have paid using a 500-Euro bill the night before and have received exactly the EUR 250.00 in question as change. Since the front desk’s cash holdings did not exceed the amount of EUR 200.00, we ensured to ask the person in charge of the front desk that night to come over. She confirmed both bank notes and a change of EUR 25.00. I do understand foreign money exchange might cause misunderstandings, and indeed EUR 200 are more than RUB 8000 and EUR 25 make a little more than RUB 1000 – this is probably, what your confusion is based on. As a matter of fact, when you came downstairs for the third time the respective sum had already been raised to EUR 350. Now, on Tripadvisor it even amounts to EUR 2500... I start to doubt the mixed drinks our barkeeper sells as cocktails. Maybe they are responsible for these effects? I try to make fun in order to be able to understand how you could write such things – last but not least, because we all witnessed your husband coming up to pull you away, by grabbing your arm and apologizing at us. All of us are honest people. We love our job and do whatever we can to meet our guests’ requirements. However, we cannot give up our dignity for it. I have never received any of your e-mails. If you wish to contact me, you will find the respective address on our website. I wish you happy and peaceful holidays
