Good sized room, good bathroom, good location very close to a bus for Venice and The airport, also close to Mestre Reailway station.
There are only 2 negative points, first one is the poor breakfeast with just small bread and toasts, and the second one happened when they tried to sale me a bus ticket per EUR 3,00 when in the Tabacharie just outside the price was EUR 1,30. So we have to be smart!
In general it is a good hotel! Specially because at night for dinner you have a lot of good options around.

Although some walk from the station to the hotel, is well positioned to visit both Venice and Mestre downtown with shops and terraces .Rooms are small and noisy although I think that is a good solution for a few days given that the hotel had a good price as I paid 70 euros per room with breakfast buffet.

Apart from the good location of the hotel already remarked upon (if you get a bus to Mestre from the airport ask the driver to tell you where to get off as it's quite a way from the station) the general quality of our room and breakfast was poor apart from the bathroom which was ok. The gloomy ceiling tiles were held together by sticky tape, the 20 year-old tv had only one channel and even that did not work,the breakfast was basic and very poor quality and the hotel carpets looked faded and dirty.Unless the 4 or 5 star reviewers had totally renovated rooms and we were unlucky I just cannot understand the positive reviews.

I stayed here with three kids while we visited Venezia. The location of the hotel is good, it's a couple of kilometers from Mestre railway station, but the bus to Venezia leaves just around the corner. We stayed in a room for 4 persons and it was ok, though I didn't really trust their locking system which is by a very heavy key and I felt that it wasn't enough. No security chain or anything. Also the safety deposit box worked with a key and I wasn't very comfortable with that either. The beds were good, the bathroom ok.

The worst part was the breakfast. The continental breakfast only includes orange juice, machine coffee (bad), hot chocolate or tea, some sweet cakes and pastries (bought mainly from Lidl), and buns that you can eat with butter, marmalade or Nutella. If you want to have cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt or something else, you have to pay extra for buffet breakfast.

When signing out there was a 3 euro bottle of water added to our bill that they said I had bought from their restaurant - which I had never even visited. I never found out where it had appeared, but they solved it adequately and i didn't have to pay it.
