This isnt a bad hotel compared to other hotels in Venice.The price is affordable but its a bit far from Venice city (about 20/25 mins on the bus).
If you like staying out late the last direct bus is before 10pm but if thats not an issue for you than I would recomend the hotel.
The wifi wasnt free but reasonable.

We decided to stay outside of Venice and choose the Kappa Hotel because it had the bus in front of the hotel (every 10 minutes) and the distance to Venice was probably about 30 minutes. We also enjoyed Mestre with its not over-priced restaurants nearby. The walls were not that thick so that it was pretty loud and the bathroom was very small. But it was ok for a weekend trip.

Kappa a very nice hotel. We stayed here because it was close to the mestre train station. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Venice. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Friendly and heplful recepcion.
Nice breakfast.
Room very clean, cozy, good size.
Negative point: no elevator and no help to carry luggage up stairs.
