Completely disappointing!! All staff is very unprofesional. Since we arrived to hotel everything just walked backward. First: no geating at all. Second: room was dirty - hairs in the bathroom, cockroaches!!!, some rubbish in bedroom from previous guest, very dusty and finally no hot water at all. When we told to receptionist that they have cockroaches he just answer - OK! No sorry no nothing. After complaint they change room for us. New one was a bit better, but cleanliness of room still disaster. We can hear our neighbours even when they were snoring at night. We try call reception maybe 10 times but nobody pick up the phone. Then we were going to reception to ask them open a bottle of wine so poor receptionist just told us that we need to go straight to the kitchen and there we can open bottle of wine. (so where he is working in the hotel or in the street?). Breakfas was good enought. And finally checking out: Receptionist did not say nothing to us. When we said goodbye then he answer before was silence. Very unprofesional!!! I will never come back to this hotel. They need fire all staff, then it can be a really good place for stay.
