We prefer to stay with local inhabitants rather than at neutral hotels when visiting abroad. This is a private home with some en-suite rooms to let, but decently separated. The proprietor is an amicable, helpful lady who looks after everything in person. Ideal place if you visit Venice, as the bus stops 50 meters from the Villa and commutes very frequently to Venice. ( 15 minutes to Piazzale Roma)
The interior is basic, but immaculately clean, bath-room is newly refurbished, but you may feel the shower cabin utmost tight even with average body size. During night the neighbourhood is quiet, we could relax after long tiresome walks.
Breakfast is OK if you stay one night but you may want to look after your own breakfast from the next morning. It consists of only sweet cereals, cookies full of preservatives, nothing is fresh. Other than that I do recommend this place, would come back again.
