Definitely worth to go there. Very well organized ‘villagio’ with friendly staff, tasty Italian restaurant, well supplied shop & bar and diving center on its site. Bungalows are clean, air-conditioned (optional), with hot water all day round. Calm and peaceful resort located just on the stony beach, surrounded by marvelous cliffs. 3 minutes walking from a small ‘harbor’ that offers more restaurants and plenty of boat trips to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano. Nearby highway is a good link to Naples and other destinations like Vesuvio, Pompei or Herculaneum. Go there, you will not be disappointed.

The camping is located quite far away from any populated area, which has advantages (breathtaking landscapes, quiet location) and drawbacks (you need a car, do not rely on public transport). We were three and stayed there for three nights (late October). Once we reached the place, we found no problems to park (free), and the receptionists were available to help us.
The views from our bungalow were fabulous, it was clean and large enough for the three of us. All in all, the quality we got for the money we paid is adequate, because it is inclusive of bedlinen, towels and most of the essentials. We missed some washing-up liquid, matches and a mop, though. If you are brave enough to drive there, it is worthwhile.

I would definitely recommend the place. I've been there many times staying in tents and in bungalows. The latter are spacious and clean, have everything I needed, including beautiful view on sea.
Camping can give even more fun as the site enables to pitch a tent just few meters from beach reserved for resort's guests only. Sleeping to the accompaniment of the swoosh of waves is absolutely unique and fascinating experience.
I wouldn't come back to this place once every few weeks if I wouldn't like it so much. Thank you Villaggio Nettuno! :)
