We stayed at the Luna Rossa for one week and found the location of the hotel and the excellent service really made the holiday a great one. The staff were very helpful and friendly. After a late arrival on our first night the complimentary drink was very welcome!Malcesine is a resort that has lots to offer in terms of rustic charm, the cable car nearby and the good boat links. The meal we had at the Prima Luna was lovely and the desserts in particular were plentiful. After trying all 3 of the local manufacturers our favourite ice cream parlour was the Dolce Vita. We travelled with Inghams and were very impressed by their service and reps in the resort. We particularly enjoyed the night excursion to Venice.

Stayed here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, it was just what we wanted. Luca and the staff were great, welcome drink when we arrived! The rooms were cleaned everyday and the rest of the hotel was spotless. Not far from the lake and the centre of Malcesine, Would recommend this hotel to anyone young or old!

Have just returned from 3 nights at this hotel and it was outstanding. Francesa and Luca couldnt do more to ensure we had an excellent stay.
They are their staff were so helpful and friendly. During check in they got us to sit down and have a drink and we relaxed straight away and they came back to us when they had completed the paperwork.
Rooms were compact but had everything you wanted in the room and everything worked like the fan and air con. Rooms cleaned daily and linen changed,
They chatted with us and made us feel very welcome, Would love to have stayed longer but are already planning to go back again!!!
Location was perfect for the wedding we attended and being close to restaurants etc
Under rated hotel, hopefully this review will change that

Nice quiet location,good food,we had a half board deal and had our evening meals at the Prima Luna plenty of choice on the menu all very well presented . The hotel is in a good position near the town , lake and castle. Room a little small but very clean. Mainly German guests . Friendly helpful staff overall a really great place to stay.
