In fairness to other people that wrote their reviews I must say I did not actually stay at the Golf hotel. But I had spent 3 nights including dinners and drinks at the bar with the friends that stayed there.
Overall impression is good especially about the bar and waitress service. But the horrible chlorine smell was just everywhere: from entrance to the restaurant, bar and our friends’ room. I imagine people with allergies would suffer there badly.
Another upsetting point is they did not allow our dog to enter. Unfortunately this is hotel’s legal right to discriminate the pets, but I find it ridiculous in our day and age. So pets’ owners beware.

I stayed here for a few days in early December with a ski tour group. The rooms were large by European standards and very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and what a variety at the breakfast buffet and sweet table following dinner. SErvice was very professional and pleasant. It was a true joy to stay here. The only detriments were that although we were sk/in ski/out - we were out of the main town area so it was a bit isolated. But it was a beautiful setting with awe inspiring views of the morning sunglow on the mountain.
