The Hermitage is definitely the best and most relaxing hotel I have ever been to. The reception was very friendly and professional, the service and the food superb and the room very comfortable. The personnel had the natural gift of making us feel welcome beyond professonal friendlyness. Skiing was very easy thanks to the hotel's own bus service. All things considered, it was the best family winter vacation we ever had.

This small but lovely hotel offers the best views of Brenta and warm service. The hotel has a very nice spa and pool area which makes it ideal for a ski destination. ( not ski and and out but given its extraordinary views and easy transport, that was not an issue for us)
Food is carefully prepared and the aesthetics of the hotel hit all the right notes for me.
The staff is extremely accommodating as well. Really, a very special place.

Lovely people, superb food, cosy and warm!! Definitly the best ski-hotel I have ever stayed in.
The only downside is that it is not a ski in-ski out hotel, but that is not a problem, because Ahmed is at the door waiting to pick up your skiis and take you to the slopes.
Once you have finished skiing a quick phone call and he is there to pick you up!
We stayed in a normal room, it had a fantastic balcony and a great bathroom. The room was nice and cosy.
It is run by a lovely family that will do anything they can to make you feel comfortable.
The food options are great, both at the mornening buffet, where you can squizee any juice you like and also at dinner; wonderfull 5 course meal!!!
I can't wait to go back there!

Very scenic view, very cynical host-family. Do not think eating at The Stube, since the they nonetheless charge you for half-board on top of the bill you leave at this restaurant ! never seen this before, absolute rip-off !!!!
