We were lucky enough to stay here when it was a three star going for a four star--which it got in 2010. The hotel is good, the food is amazing. Not only beautiful, but delicious. Even after a full day of skiing, we were hard pressed to eat a starter, pasta, meat, sides, and dessert! After the second night, my son who is very picky, asked if he could have the Pasta Arrabiata. They brought it with a smile, and brought it every subsequent night without even being asked. One day my older daughter felt too tired to make it to the slopes, and she spent a quiet day in the hotel. The hotel was very happy to serve her a very nice lunch--even though they didn't serve lunch at all!
The facilities are really nice as well. There is a jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the Dolomites. I would advise potential visitors not to dunk their heads under, as the go lightly on the chlorine in the jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and a solarium.
