We booked two rooms on single occupancy basis and were allocated adjoining rooms which was akin to a suite once the connecting door was open. Rooms are decent sized and all seem to have balconies with decent views.
Food: The hotel restaurant (part of the half-board deal, else cost on top of b&b negotiable) serves very decent 5 course dinners with multiple choices for starters, mains and dessert. Decent salad/cheese bar also. Breakfast is comprehensive enough to please most - fresh bread, cold cuts & home made jam tart all excellent, we liked the blood orange juice when it was available. Eggs are hard boiled only, made-to-order eggs cost extra. Service is professionally attentive & courteous (all staff speak good english, most also speak some german).
Rooms: Decor on our 3rd floor rooms was somewhat dated (carpets for example not particularly new) but bathrooms seem to be recently refurbished. One shower had to be run for 2 minutes before warm water came through. Towels/bedlinen/bathrobes all spotless, turndown service every night, chocolate heart on bed ahead of valentine's day a nice touch. Oldish TVs somewhat small to view properly from bed, SKY TV choice of programmes however vast: news channels available in just about any language you want, although many sports channels were not free-to-view. Sleep quality excellent.
Location: Walking distance to 5 Laghi gondola lift and skipass ticket counters (3 blocks away). Advertised as being located at the bottom of the 3Tré black run.. whilst this is the case, ski-passes (tickets) not available at the (eponymous) 2-seater Miramonti chairlift which starts just above the hotel. So it's not exactly a ski-in/ski-out property, but just about as close to that as can be found on this side of town. Ski rental store "Barbara Sport" right next door. Parking right in front of the hotel with further spaces around the back. Popular, large pizzeria right across the street (although cost is no different to dinner in the hotel - so we recommend cutting a deal with the hotel where you try half-board for the first night and it's your choice thereafter).
Services/Amenities: No pool or hot-tub, but a small gym with the usual weights/bikes/mills and adjacent to this a good sauna area with large multijet shower, icewater bucket & rest area with 3 recliners. Resident masseur Umberto is very attentive and personable - his vigorous (€35-40) back/neck & leg massages certainly hit the spot between apres-ski and dinner. Ski/boot room is rather small.. no space for more than 2-3 people to kit up simultaneously. LIft is slow but most were happy to use the stairs.
Reception staff & night manager helpful with recommendations. Check-in very efficient & friendly (front desk manager escorted us to the room). Checkout time 10:30am is enforced if they're busy. We were lucky with a complimentary late checkout.
Campiglio is a very italian resort, has a nice chic resort feel (scuderia ferrari F1 team come here annually), sufficient altitude to ski back to town, reasonable selection of bars and good restaurants (incl L'Hermitage with 1 michelin star). We found no places serving fondue and only found one apres-ski bar with any youthful atmosphere (Ober1 at the base of the Spinali black run, some 5-6 minutes' walk from the Miramonti)
