Arrived late at night, head down until morning. Awoke and pressed the electric button on the wall to open the roller shutter. It was stunning, the view that appeared, it was amazing, the best ever. The hotel was delightful, very clean, with pleasent and helpful staff, great food and an ideal place to explore the wonderfull coast line. Thanks Doria Park for a wonderful holiday

Make sure you book a room with a view and preferably a balcony at the Doria Park Hotel. The rooms are smaller since the recent renovation, but the views are worth a million dollars! The hotel has a very good breakfast, the service is very friendly, and everyone speaks excellent English. The hotel is just a short walk from the center of lovely Lerici and has free parking. Call in advance for driving directions.

Don't pay the over-priced hotels at Portofino or Cinque Terre, stay at Larici, on the east side of the Italian Riviera.

The View from Park hotel is breathtaking; a sea view room is a must. The breakfast was superb, with a large selection of breads, pastry, cereals, fruits and vegetables and much more. A great collection of herbal tea, cappuccino and latte as much as you want. Fresh vegetables and fruit juice that you can make by yourself. The hotel has its own car park, and it's better to leave the car and walk down the street to the Main Square and sea shore, promenade and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, helpful with restaurants booking and answer all of our questions. The deluxe room has a balcony overlooking the golf of La Spezia and the Lerici marina. Nice bathroom with bathrobe and soft towels. The room was clean and nicely decorated with bright colors.
It is definitely the perfect choice to stay while visiting this part of Italy!!!

We were in Lerici for our 25th anniversary. We spent three nights at the Doria Park in a room called Lawrence. The view was perfect....looking at the bay and sipping red wine. The breakfasts at this hotel were great, lots of fresh items to choose from. The dinners were also delicious and reasonably priced. You know you are getting fresh fish when the catch of the day is delivered in the morning through the dining area! We were having breakfast and a man walked through carrying a huge fish [ sea bass?] it must have weighed 35 kilos. The room was clean and we had the most comfortable pillows at this hotel during our 2 weeks in Italy.
