My room was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom was beautiful and the spa was an absolute joy. My room had a balcony that overlooked a main street which was great for watching the people and pace of Lecce passing by. The cost of 80 Euros a night was excellrnt value. Breakfast fantastic and staff were all very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay if ever in Lecce.

I stayed here for 1 night. They had English speaking staff which was great. The location was great since it is 15 minutes walk to the historica Lecce city, great for sightseeing. I had 1 hour of free internet in the foyer, but no internet access in the room.

The room was ok, but it was not properly maintained. There was some gray coloured liquid leaking from the vent. The shower drain didn't work very well, so my feet ended up having a bath. The blanket was thin so I was cold. I don't think the room had a heater.

The food in the Hotel restaurant was average. Again, my carbonara was extremely saulty. Staff didn't speak English, but this time I wasn't over-charged like the other hotels in Italy. I got sick from eating there, prawns were half cooked.

The Grand Hotel Tiziano e dei Congressi is a no-frills conference hotel. The lobby is always packed with conferences and business meetings. The staff is efficient but not friendly. The room was very small (tight) and the bathroom was even tighter. There was hardly any room in the shower for an average size guy. The noisy air condition did not work properly but the room had windows that I was able to open. First time I stayed in a room facing the main road and the nose level was quite high but the second time I stayed the room faced the back and the only noise was the constant hum from the air condition / cooling system. On the plus side, the free breakfast was decent and the espresso / cappuccino were very good.
Overall, I would say, it is a convenient hotel if you drive in and out, and you are heading to Lecce for business but if you would like to be within a short walking distance to restaurants and night life, do not stay there, it’s quite a long and unpleasant walk at night.

Even though a pleasant hotel the fact that they "never turn the airco on at nights" in a city with very hot temperatures is a big factor of why I will never stay there when in Lecce
