I had to stay at this hotel while on tour with Insight Vacations. Hotel was decent, room fine. Air conditioning only turned on at 3 pm during the day. Pool area very nice. Wait staff good.

BAD - Front Desk staff terrible. Rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. My luggage was lost and I needed a bathing suit. I asked same man at front desk before lunch and after lunch regarding the stores to purchase one. I did not know anything about siesta and stores closing. Well, he sent me on my way and it was quite a walk and the stores. Of course, they were all closed at this time. I went back to ask him why he told me the stores were open during this time when they weren't and he told me that he didn't know. I asked him if he had never heard of siesta or if he lived in the area and he started yelling at me that I should have known. This is from a hotel that caters to non-Sicilians.
There are weddings almost every night, so depending on your room, you may not receive much rest.
The dinner provided us was terrible. Everyone in our group thought so. Breakfast was fine.
I would NEVER stay here again. I have already notified Insight Vacations regarding my experience.

Stayed here with a group for 4 nights. Staff excellent when we arrived lateish - got us fed and checked in with minimal fuss. Otherwise the experience was a rather poor average - slow service in the dining room (seemed as if there might not be enough staff) which changed when a Mr Big appeared for the last evening. Food OK but really only passable. Air conditioning was switched off deliberately - had been essential the first night and vanished the second. Complaints +++ from all tour parties about this.
Would not stay again - can do far better for the money.

What impressed me most about the hotel is hospitality. Boss of the hotel is very nice to the guests. Rooms are spacious and clean. Garden is beautiful with lots of flowers.Smells wonderful so we enjoy to sit the outdoors. Outdoor pool is spacious and clean.The best is to be there in July, no crowds. The food is delicious. The only objection is poor selection of food for breakfast.

We stayed here as part of a tour group for four nights. The public rooms in the hotel are impressive as is the swimming pool and surrounding area. The room was fine and bathroom excellent. A shared patio area came with the room on the first floor.

Food was first-rate with a breakfast buffet and bordering on silver service dining in the evening. However we did play at the invisible table on one evening as people came and went while we were still awaiting our food, so a lost mark there. I detest poor restaurant service and have little tolerance of being ignored.

Two wedding receptions took place while we were there and fellow travellers complained about noise and were moved. We were not troubled due to the position of the room.

Internet access at 3 Euros and hour I thought was expensive especially when many hotels offer this service for free.

On check out day we had to leave the room early and spent several hours out and about. I was disturbed to find that our luggage had been stored in an unsecured outside building with the door open. That I thought was not good.

Otherwise, everything was tip top
