We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious and clean hotel. Splendid views from both bedroom terrace and swimming pool. Mr Cipani and his staff made us feel extremely welcome and were very helpful with arranging our trip to Venice, even down to preparing their sumptuous breakfast early for us. There are very pleasant walks to the ferry port and to Maderno and it is an ideal location to visit The Vittoriale and Heller gardens which are a short walk away. The only down side was that we had to come home.

We have just returned from wonderful holidays spent in Florida residence. We strongly recommend this hotel to everyone, who wishes to spend a time in one of most beautiful areas around Garda Lake, in elegant hotel with beautifully decorated and very clean suites with amazing view to the lake and at the same time who wish to feel welcome and safe in the case of unexpected complications.
The hotel is set in well kept garden with lemon, olive trees, palms and flowers. We had apartment with little terrace with creepers full of fragrant flowers. Every day in the morning we could listen woodnote and looking to the lake while having coffee and fresh rolls. Rooms are decorated with the great taste; there are hand-painted walls, nice furniture. Rooms are daily cleaned and in perfect state.
However the hotel is amazing by itself, I have to stress another detail, probably even more important- the qualities of the staff. These were appreciated especially after lost of car key that happened on the second day of our stay. The people working in the hotel, including owner of the hotel, director, receptionists, gardener and ladies that cleaned our apartment did everything to help us find the key. The garden as well as our room was repeatedly checked by few people and when we did not find them (my mistake), they did their best to make our stay as good as possible. Receptionist found the closest car repair service, arranged the production of new key, arranged car rental and director of the hotel (!) drove us by himself for shopping and trip to Salo before we got car we rented. They simply did their best to reduce our stress of this accident; however they did not actually have to. At the end we were happy that we could prolong our stay because of key lost for another two days and to enjoy hospitality of staff, swimming in fantastic pool and overall beauty of the place.
I must say that I have never experienced such a combination of beautiful place, wonderful hotel and so professional staff before. This hotel absolutely deserves all good reviews it received until now.

We spend four magical days in Florida Residence Hotel. It is very quiet place in April, perfect for family with 2-years old. We found exactly what we where looking for - very charming and spacious room, very clean and bright with magnificent lake view. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. The car is a must (at least for the families with young children) since the hotel is located on the top of the hill and slightly remote from the center.
Wonderful time. Warm recommendation.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate his 50th birthday. By coincidence the hotel was also celebrating its 50th birthday. We were some of the first guests of the season and so the hotel was looking at its best. We were offered breakfast in our room the first morning as there were so few guests staying - we were so glad we said yes! A wonderful feast was delivered to our room by one of the charming staff and we sat and enjoyed it sitting on the balcony. There was so much food we even made our lunch too!
The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The bed extremely comfortably. The bath was most welcome after all the walking that we did.
There are some good restaurants in the town but it is almost a mile walk each way, which we didn't mind, but it was good to have the car as an option. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can order in pizza if you don't want to venture out again. There is a charge of 60 euros to use the kitchenette which seemed a bit strange as they were most happy for us to use the crockery, fridge, sink etc. Just not the two ring hob.
As mentioned in all reviews the staff are lovely and so helpful. It was a pleasure to return to the hotel at the end of each day. We would recommend it unreservedly.
