It was the only hotel in Trapani that had beach side location with a pool and wifi. 45 min walk to town - bus every 1/2 hour but stops at 10pm so walk back or taxi if you can find one. Very pleasant staff. Very clean throughout. Breakfast somewhat disappointing : orange juice watery and often short of rolls. Restaurant had same menu lunch and dinner and somewhat expensive. Restaurant across road and pizzeria 10 min walk

Overall not a bad place but needs updating and painting. Could be a real belter of a place what with the beach!

Disappointing to say the least.

With my friend and I both being in our early twenties, we found that most of the staff were somewhat condescending towards us. They hardly spoke english and had very little information on localities, other islands and the hotel itself only had one taxi driver.

Speaking of the taxi driver, a middle aged italian man, my friend and I both found him very inadequate. At first he was just friendly, asking us questions about ourselves such as how old we were, where we were from and how long we were in trapani for etc. However it seemed like he actually thought he was becoming friends with us as at one point, whilst driving us into town, he actually took my hat which I had on my head at the time and put it on his own! Now, I can understand that some may find that "funny", I, however, on the other hand, found it extremely inadequate and inappropriate. After getting out of the car, my friend and I turned around, only to see him purchasing the exact same hat as mine on the street!

Another member of staff of whom we found inadequate, was the swimming pool's life guard. Again, he began by being friendly and asking us questions about ourselves when we were resting/sun bathing by the pool, however he started constantly talking to us (again I understand that some people may find this amiable) and watching our every move which made my friend and I felt very insecure and self conscious, which isn't exactly a feeling that one would want whilst on a relaxing trip.
