After searching for hours ont he internet I chose this hotel for location and overall price to value. I got to this hotel seriously over stressed out from work and in need of an escape from the Roman heat, a hotel that would include everything from food, to spa treatments and a welcoming smile. I got all of this at Hotel del Buono. The packages they offer which include hotel accomodation of a classic standard, all meals which are of a high standard and offer various choices and diet options and wonderful spa treatments which I did daily including amazing massages that just melted my stress away. I was a different person after 4 days in this hotel. The location in Chianciano Terme means you are located in an area which is always cooler and fresh and most rooms have balconies so you can enjoy the Tuscan countryside as well as admire the view from the small but adequate roof top pool. The owners welcome you with a smile and details on what your days will include and touch base each day to check how you are and what time you would like your treatments so there is a good personal touch here. I would highly reccomend this hotel when wanting to escape and relax in a nice hotel which has it all within its own walls. then if you do want to get there are the amazing Terme Sensoriale up the road which I highly reccomend as well ! i went twice :-)

Me, my wife and my wife's sister stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in May 2010. Hotel is located within 50 meters from main street of beautiful Chianciano Terme. Rooms are very well isolated from road noise. Very well kept hotel, with clean rooms, outstanding service and unbelievable FOOD ! We had a full board plan and actually during our whole stay every day the food was different and so so delicious :) Tuscany food rules !:))

Hopefully you will enjoy your stay at this hotel as much as we did.

Don't miss visiting other nice cities in Tuscany. You will not regret it.
