Stayed at this hotel in September as part of a group. The good thing about this hotel is that it has a lovely garden area. However the staff were rude. Breakfast service especially was not good, on two occasions we were served cold tea and coffee. Hot water ran out. Did not replace the soap in bathroom as a small piece was remaining.

“Nice hotel, terrible service - worst ever”

Some staff were incredibly rude to our group, service in restaurant was appalling with difficulty getting coffee and tea, and a second rate menu provided. The tour group was mainly retired and were polite and patient, they had done nothing to upset the management or staff. There was a very helpful lady on reception and the cleaning staff were pleasent. Reminded me of Faulty Towers.
