I have been in Lungomare hotel the last weekend. It has been a really terrible experience.
The room was small, the bathroom too small, old-fascioned. It is impossible for you to take a shower because there isn't the space.
You pay too much in comparison with what they give to you.
The position in the town is good because it is close to the town and to the beach, but that part of the beach is terrible. It is close to the port and the sea is full of sea-green and is impossible for you to go inside.
The staff is not polite and the atmosphere is not familiar.
You mustn't go there!!!!!!!

Siamo spiacenti che il soggiorno presso la nostra struttura non sia stato di suo gradimento.
Per quel che riguarda l'Hotel ogni anno eseguiamo migliorie e lavori di ristrutturazione.
Al contrario, il servizio di pulizia delle camere e ambienti comuni deve essere impeccabile. E' stata mia premura verificare e trovare una soluzione.
Mi auguro che lei abbia la possibilità di appurare il mio operato.

Sono veramente dispiaciuto per la serie di inconvenienti che si sono sommati durante la sua permanenza. Cerco sempre di intervenire tempestivamente laddove vedo personalmente o su segnalazione del cliente . Pertanto mi scuso per l´accaduto e confido di conoscere eventuali disservizi subitaneamente per poter provvedere alla loro immediata risoluzione.

La ringraziamo per la sua recensione e ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente occorso.
Di certo se lei avesse chiesto al direttore di sala sarebbe stata nostra
premura trovare il modo di rispondere appieno alle sue aspettative.
Inoltre in questa occasione specifica abbiamo gestito circa 400 ragazzi
che per 3 giorni necessitavano di particolari servizi relativi ad orari
e pasti, nonchè budget offerto dalle scuole.
Resto comunque a disposizione per eventuali ulteriori chiarimenti e siamo
certi di poterle offrire un servizio più accurato in una prossima occasione
come ospite privato e fuori da un contesto che ci pbbliga a degli standard che riguardano gruppi scolastici.
