I've pass one night in this hotel for my holidays. And it's incredible, my friend and me are totally not happy for it. Ok good hotel and nice room. Also really clean. But the two person from the hotel totally not kind, no smile nothing. The water quiet cold in the night have take more than 20 minutes for start to be a little more hot. And in the morning before to go to take the breakfast impossible to take another shower. Even after 30 minutes the water was cold.... Ok we go to the breakfast and for don't be not polit we decide to don't ask if they don't ask "everythings is ok ?" And just a little "Hello" no more.... No if we've pass a goodnight, if we like the room really nothing. The breakfast except the coffee everythings was from the supermarket...... In the normal dish but the quality totally not good. After the breakfast we've take the bags and return for pay. Nothing just room 00 ? Yes. Ok 87€ ..... For the check just a little piece of paper with something on it. No more nothing from the hotel. So finally for 3 stars the only good thing was the room cute with a nice view. But me for an hotel i like to have one confortable (shower...) and nice person. So totally bad and we'll not pass again a night here. So be careful for the choice if you go to visit Bardolino and around.
