We arrived to a very warm welcome and the staff on reception, Nicoletta and Marika were just so helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and plenty for all tastes, served in a lovely dining room and by Laura and Mirella who greeted us every morning with bon jorno and a lovely smile, not to mention delicious coffee, again they were very helpful and friendly.

The room was lovely and absolutely spotless.

The gardens were lovely, where the very clean, not to cold pool was situated, surrounded by tropical plants making it a very tranquil place to chill out and enjoy the peace.

The hotel was superb, best ever hotel we have stayed in and have stayed in many throughout Europe, and have been very disappointed on a lot of occasions, but certainly not here, its a three star palace!!!!!!!!.

Thank you to all the staff, you all do a fantastic job and the owner should be very proud of you.

We loved it here.The spacious tropical gardens reminded us of Malaysia.There was always a private spot to be had on your lounger in a quiet corner surrounded by exotic and well cared for trees and plants.The swimming pool was large and sparklingly clean.
The rooms were compact but comfortable.Ours had a small balcony overlooking the gardens and pool.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful - restaurant recommendations were excellent.
Breakfast was exceptional -a wonderful spread which could be enjoyed in the large breakfast room or on the terrace.
It was a joy to be able to walk out of this haven of peace into the centre of the agreeable lakeside town of Bardolino.
A real find!

We chose this hotel because we wanted a small hotel, with pool, and from the brochure the gardens looked lovely. Having read tripadvisor reviews before we travelled we were impressed with what people had to say. The location was right, not too noisy but pleasant enough on our balcony over-looking one of the many cobbled streets of the town, people watching, especially those customers at the local ice-cream parlour! Our room was not the biggest, but was comfortable and clean. The girls on reception were always friendly and helpful, as were the waitresses who looked after us at breakfast - and what a breakfast - everything you could ask for and more! Taking breakfast on the shaded terrace was always a pleasure. The pool and surrounding garden couldn't be faulted, either sitting in full sun or shade, it was always pleasant. There was never any hassle to hurry, we just pleased ourselves and had a very enjoyable holiday. We can recommend this hotel and location to anyone wishing to visit Lake Garda.

I stayed here for a long weekend in July with a group of girlfriends. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were lovely, with tea/coffee facilities, fridge, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. As it was quite warm, we were relieved that the air con worked without a hitch! Breakfast was great (well stocked buffet with warm and cold stuff). The hotel is located in the centre of Bardolino which is very handy -shops, restaurants and the lake are all easily reached by foot. Word of warning - the hotel carpark though big is quite narrow! So be careful when arriving. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and obliging and were happy to answer any questions we had.
The highlight for us was definitely the pool and garden. We spent hours relaxing in the garden, sunbathing, swimming and availing of the bar service - a fantastic relaxing weekend!! (we were so happy outside in the pool area that we didnt try out the spa)
Would highly reccommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
