Travelling with a large group - this hotel was booked for us as a starting point for Cinque Terre. Unfortunately, La Spezia is over two hours away which made for extremely long transfers between the two (not the fault of the hotel).
The accomodations are comfortable, the hotel is nicely kept and modern. The dinners were outstanding, the spinach tart was to die for, as was the pasta. Unfortunately the timing of the dinner service left much to be desired - especially when they knew specifically what time the group would be dining. Breakfast left much to be desired, only pastries (which were more like dessert than breakfast), and apples, no other fruit or cheese.
Overall it's a nice hotel, and if you were coming to visit Acqui Terme specifially it would be a good choice.
