we stayed there for the first time and enjoyed it tramendously. Everything about it is so good. It was an unusual expierence the service is out standing, the food superb. all the superlatives. Thanks to the staff. We travel arounnd the world, and it is the best spa hotel we

I stayed here for business purposes and chose the hotel based on excellent reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com (I booked through booking.com). Value for money is great. Check-in was smooth and very friendly. Only recommendation is that they should at least give some info on the thermal baths or opening hours of the spa. For info they refer directly to the spa.
The rooms are outdated. As a solo traveller, you get a single room; which is really single in every meanng of the word: a simple single bed. I'm not used to sleeping in a single bed, but a king size, so that's a bit a disadvange for me. Although outdated, the rooms have everything you need, really, with a bathroom with hairdryer, a bathrobe dryer, make-up mirror, wc, bidet and shower.
You have a flatscreen tv with skytv, minibar, safe in the room and balcony. Rooms are very clean.
There is turndown service.

Spa facilities are great, nice indoor and outdoor pool, thermal baths with thalasso. warm water! You have a spa kit (bathrobe and slippers) in the room and at the spa they give you two towels: a yellow one for the sunlounger and a white one for personal use.
You have sunloungers in and outside so even with bad weather you can enjoy the pool area.

We didn't have dinner in the hotel, but went to their satellite restaurant in Padova: ristorante Presidentino, which is modern refined italian cuisine; very nice and recommendable. Small portions, so big eaters be aware.

i have spent many wellness visits in abano terme. the president is my favorite and i will always come back. excellent spa. family run and very well kept.

I am absolutely speechless when I'm thinking how to describe our experience in the president hotel! I'm writing here because I feel the need to thank all the people that running this wonderful hotel.
We (couple with a daughter at the age of 17) had no complaints to this hotel during the whole stay (we were staying 10 days). Furthermore, we were amazed more and more from it. I will start with the atmosphere in the hotel. I had never seen such worm atmosphere! It start from the attitude of the waiters and of the people who works at the reception, that we could ask them hundreds of questions that they answer and with amazing patient. Also the people who were staying at the hotel were very very very nice!
The food was gourmet! We took half board: we ate breakfasts in the mornings (that was terrific with lots of patsies, cereals and cheese) and also lunch or dinner. The lunch and the dinner are very similar (the lunch in the restaurant not at the pool grill). The feeling there is like you in the most elegant and expensive restaurant. The waiters always wear suits with bow tie, the room is extremely decorated and as for the food.. well, as I mention before, gourmet!!
The two pools were very nice and relaxing (the sun tan there is gorgeous) and the rooms were very comfortable and well- decorated.
The gym was nice and simple, but me and my family think it's better to walk outside! (great weather and view).
To tell a long story short… if you are in abano, go for it!!

Another recommendations:
-Do not go to Venice at weekends!! (at least in the summer)
It is very very crowded and we stuck in a traffic jam for 3 houres!! (Venice it's just 30 km from Abano)

- visit BASSANO DEL GRAPPA.! It's a beautiful town, a hour by car from Abano.
