A one night stay in a twin room, €88 inc breakfast. Located in the centre; multi-lingual receptionists. Difficult to locate; no dedicated parking, but main square car-park 5 minutes walk

We stayed her for over a week in June whilst visting friends. Allessandria is a great base.
this hotel was booked for us. Its in a top location - minutes walk to shops, piazza, restaurants and the room we had was HUGE! Not just by European standards but HUGE by normal standards. Lovely staff at the front counter - the waiter at breakfast was a little grumpy but when we bumped into him at the bar a couple of doors up he was very cheery-maybe not a morning person! The hotel is a little 'faded' around the edges but all in all in a smaller city like Allessandria its pretty good.
We are back in June this year and will stay here again.

I traveled to the Alessandria back in July with 4 other colleages and we were over charged on our bill for 6 nights each. We have tried to get management to fix the problem but no one will help and no one will accept calls or return calls from us. The manager is always not available and nobody else can rectify this problem. Beware of the charges at this hotel

I stayed here for only one night, for a businees travel stop. The hotel was booked by my company and I got a very large room (think a suite): the room was huge size and so the bathroom, everything spotless. I arrived very late during the night, so I phone to them and they left my supper in my room. The staff is very kind, efficient (one of the best I ever experienced for business travel) and speak english fluently (I was with an english speaker colleague). Very large choice and good quality for the breakfast.
Unfortunately I had no time to visit Alessandria ...
