We stayed at this hotel in August 2011.

A lot of hotels are branded as a 'hidden gem', but this hotel truly is one. I can't stress enough how amazing it is! Don't look anywhere else! We found this hotel in 2009 and stayed for one night as a stop-over whilst driving through Italy. We loved it so much we came again in 2010 for three nights and loved it again, so we came back.

The service was amazing, and so was the value and the cleanliness.

As there was four of us we booked a 'Junior Suite' again. It was huge, and the bathroom luxurious! There is 'Sky' television in the room, and with some channels you can change the language from Italian to English.

The hotel is close to Alessandria, you can get there easily by car in just over 15 minutes. The hotel swimming pools are amazing! There is a indoor lane pool, a tropical indoor pool and there is an outdoor pool, as well as 4 waterslides (three outside and one small one inside). There is also a pool bar and a gym. The hotel does have a restaurant, however, we ate at Rossopomodoro. It is in the same building as the hotel.

I can't find anything to complain about! This hotel is perfect and truly a hidden gem!

Beautiful hotel - but in a bit of a strange area! Area is sort of industrial but hotel is fantastic. Rooms were huge and bathroom was stunning. Breakfast fantastic. Clean and spotless. It is attached to a sports centre which was packed during our stay. The weather was great so every man and his dog went swimming making it a bit unpleasant, no chance of having a sun bed, cheek to cheek in the pool. This hotel is worth a visit though - we really loved it. We ate at the Pizza place in the complex next door and it was fantastic.

After driving round we drove to water park hotel area in middle of no where. We got our room and sat in 28 degree heat as air conditioner on blink. Thankfully upgraded to suite with working air con thanks to receptionist. Don't eat there we shouldhave eaten at pizza place next door. Couldn't wAit to leave this morning , breakfast was ok

Stayed her for 3 nights over the Easter weekend and was generally very impressed. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable with very nice, fairly spacious bathrooms. Ours had a bath with an excellent shower overhead - great water pressure. The rooms are soundproofed against the outside noise and overall the hotel was fairly quiet.

We had a little problem in the first room allocated to us - the window would not close completely. When we raised the issue the reception staff promptly gave us a new room, as there was no maintenance staff on duty at that time.

We had free access to the tropical swimming pool which is adjacent to the hotel and it was very impressive. It's a large heated indoor pool decorated with palm trees and rocks and caves, with a cascade and a number of hydro massage jets. There's a shallow pool for kids with a waterslide and also a warmer salt water spa. In summer there's an outdoor pool with waterslides which looks very nice, though it was empty and closed during our stay (due to the season).

The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times.

Although there is a vast buffet breakfast included, we were a bit disappointed with it and felt it let the hotel down a bit. The hot food was often cold and unappetizing and the bacon was soggy and possibly undercooked. The quality of the pastries was also disappointing, they seemed stale and possibly fried. But the coffee was good.

Another slight negative is there did not appear to be any kind of room service menu, apart from at breakfast time.

Also, it's a little out of town and you need a car to reach Alessandria. There's not much in the area, but in the hotel complex there's a great swimming pool complex and day spa, plus a major cinema, video game arcade and a decent little pizzeria, "Rosso Pomodoro" so in that sense, you have everything you need!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were able to relax very easily in this hotel.
