We are just home from RCC-our first visit. The hotel was lovely. We had a very warm welcome and were taken to our 1bed apt just along from reception.I was dissappointed with apartment as it felt very cluttered with too much furniture for the size of the lounge. The high table was built on the floor so unable to move it out of the way,+4 high chairs. There was a big dark wood unit housing an old style TV, a blanket chest , a coffee table and a sofa bed. Can,t imagine staying there with more than 2 people. However the kitchen was well appointed(loved the cava in the fridge! a nice touch) and the balcony had table and 3 chairs + 1 lounger.
I hated the bedroom. The room was again small and was dominated by a 4poster bed with voile drapes hanging from the metal frame. This left very little room to walk around the bed. But the worst part for me was the dressing table inside the wardrobe. This meant I had to shove my hanging clothes to one side just to use the area. There was not a drawer in the room and no shelf other than the "dressing table".Just two little bed side cupboards..
The bathroom was large and well lit with a fab magnifying mirror and a hairdryer and bathrobes.
The restaurant was great. We were b&b and enjoyed our breakfasts.Looks like most people self-catered and why not with such good kitchens and balconies. Evening entertainment was on but not well supported so was a bit sad.
The bus to the beach was good. The pool was very pretty. The sauna was hot!!
Overall we enjoyed our 4 days here. Had it been any longer we would have had to ask to change rooms,if there was one available, but the location of ours was good.We would return but maybe negotiate a better room even if we had to upgrade. There were some beautiful big balconies and terraces so maybe that could be worth a look.
