Food quality was simply not up to the prices charged. After a long wait, the duck leg was dry, turbot was a minimal portion, sausage and mash average, and although waitress took our disappointment back to the chef and relayed his apologies, that's where it ended. We decided to miss dessert. To finish it off, they had no credit card machine. We've been here once before over a year ago for lunch and it was very good, but we won't be back after this experience. Better value and better food to be had elsewhere. We did the right thing and gave them feedback, all they managed was to say sorry. Better than nothing I suppose, but not great customer care.
