we stayed here for two nights when the sevens were on,room was poorly cleaned ,no toiletries,towels were worse for wear.After travelling around New Zealand and staying in Motels for extremely less money,this was the worst.The whole place was run down and tatty and in need of renovation.Rooms were small,bathroom was grimy.Not recommended ..

good level of customer service, excellent 24hr shuttle service to airport, awesome free 7 day parking! hey, its not 5star, but you arent paying 5star rates! i got what i paid for, it was cheaper than a motel, and the staff were friendly..

As we had an early overseas departure from Wellington Airport the following morning, we looked for somewhere to stay close by the previous night without airport noise and which provided a free shuttle service to (and from) the airport. This filled the bill perfectly and I heartily recommend it to other travellers. The service at the front desk was superb, the rooms and common facilities were all clean and tidy, and it was only minutes walk from shops (and public transport if required). My only regret is that there wasn't time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. Next time!

Initial impressions were great and the receptionist was very helpful. Our room was located at the top of the staircase (no lift so be prepared to haul your luggage up a big flight of stairs). The hotel floors and stairs were carpeted, but underneath was obviously timber as you could hear every floorboard creak as people walked up and down the stairs, along the hallway, or even in the adjacent rooms. We were kept awake most of the night with a crying baby (not the baby's fault) which sounded like it was in the room with us. Then at 5am were heard EVERY noise from the room next door - from the early morning wake-up call, to the flushing toilet, running shower, and pacing all over the room while the occupant got dressed and packed to leave. It was the very worst hotel experience I have had regarding lack of sleep and would never consider staying there again. I filled out the guest survey with appropriate comments, and politely informed the receptionist of our uncomfortable night, and was thanked for my feedback, and told that the Manager would contact me for more information as they are always wanting to improve their service. Needless to say, I was never contacted, and the hotel did not offer any discount, complimentary items, or any form of compensation to make a better impression. Would not recommend this hotel unless you have the ability to sleep through the worst noises.
