This is the third time I have used this hotel. From the initial booking, through to check out, it was faultless. The welcome by the porter, the staff and catering, as I have said was faultless and the private owners should be congratulated in delivering outstanding quality for realistic prices with a polished team from whom nothing was too much trouble to make our stay most comfortable. We enjoyed a short stay here, perfectly located to enjoy river views and Richmond. Staff were very helpful and friendly, though there were two occasions where some staff were unhelpful and on the verge of incompetent, breakfast in bed was a disappointing experience and not worth the extra charge - having said that, the other staff more than made up for this shortfall. Rooms are spacious and décor is fitting.
